Set along the banks of the Nieuwe Maas River, Rotterdam is Europe’s biggest port and offers diverse dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The dorms have a great finish. Also, the dorms have their own shower/toilet and they are furnished with a floor.

Price for a fully furnished studio:
- € 500,- excl. city tax. This includes furniture, electricity, water, cleaning service, linen, and internet
- City tax: 6.5% of room price
- Security deposit: € 250,-
- Minimum 2 months (non-refundable)

Optional add-on services:
- Parking spot: € 250,- per month
