The apartment is rented out furnished (updated pictures will be uploaded as soon as it is furnished) and including utility bills. We’re looking for a single or couple who wants to rent it for a maximum of 6 or 7 months (no extension will be offered). Viewings are possible immediately on weekdays between 9AM and 5PM.

There's an administration fee of 750EUR that has to be paid before move in. A deposit equal to one months rent (1850EUR) must be paid before move in.
