The apartment includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine and dry cleaner.The supermarkets, public transport, cinema and shopping area are walking distance from the apartment which makes it very convenient and comfortable to live.
The monthly rent includes cleaning service every 2 weeks and it is possible to rent a parking lot for 100 euro per month. The parking lot is located under the apartment building.
