The apartment is within walking distance of the Zuidplein, Erasmus Bridge, metro, supermarket, market etc, nice central location near the center.
Rental condition:
Registration with the municipality is only possible with a minimum stay of 12 months.
The deposit is equal to two month rent.
Gas and internet included in the rent.
Water and electricity are excluded from the rent, estimated bills 150eur.
