The Blommersdijkselaan is a quit street (but with many amendities closeby) located 8 minutes biking from Rotterdam Central station, and with easy access to highways directed to Den Haag / Amsterdam and Utrecht. The street has plenty of parking opportunity. Public transportation like tram and station Rotterdam North are around the corner. Rotterdam North is a lively neighborhood with a diversed population and many shops & restaurants.

The apartment has 3 rooms of in total 76 m2. One bedroom of 18 m2 with plenty of wardrobe space. A luxury private bathroom of 6m2 with double rainshower, double sink and a two person bath. A living of 52 m2 with open kitchen and two bar seats. Besides that, there is a beautiful garden of 25m2 where you can enjoy the sun from May - September. Feel free to use the BBQ!
