Located in an ideal location with the beautiful 'Zuiderpark' within walking distance, where you can enjoy a lovely walk. A short distance away you will find shopping center 'Zuidplein', swimming center Rotterdam, Ikazia hospital, schools, public transport (metro / bus), roads and within 10 minutes walk you are in Katendrecht. You are also within 15 minutes by bike in the center of Rotterdam.

Rental Conditions and Financial:
- Deposit: Skip deposit service is mandatory: €150 fee + 5% of 3 times the monthly rent (+ municipal taxes if applicable). This is not refundable.
- Service costs: €34,50 p.m.
- Monthly contribution to municipal taxes: € 17.00 p.m
- One-time purchase sheet-package + towels: €75
- One-time cleaning service at the end of your stay: €150,-
- Min rental period: 12 months. You will receive a contract for 24 months. However you can terminate the contract anytime taking into account the 1 month notice periode.
