Description:

Are you looking for a stylish, premium apartment in the vibrant heart of Rotterdam? Then look no further! This gorgeous double ground-floor designer apartment with three bedrooms and a garden has been fully restored with high-quality materials while preserving its original historical character from the 1800s.

If you're a working professional or student who is decent, easy-going, and respectful of the property and its furnishings, this could be the perfect place for you. We care deeply about cleanliness, so we ask that you help keep the place tidy. The apartment, including your room, will be professionally cleaned once each month.

The location is absolutely perfect, 10-25 min walking/biking/public transport to the center of Rotterdam, Erasmus University, and the famous lake and forest (Kralingse Plas).

I am Lars, a 25-year-old male, I work as a remote Product Manager in tech. I'd describe myself as being warm and welcoming and enjoying meeting new (international-) people. I am pretty outgoing, yet chilled, so if you're looking for someone to be living in a stylish place, and be able to unwind after a long day, then this is most likely the right place for you. Personally, I am often not home, working either from Copenhagen (hence the Scandinavian design), my second home or elsewhere abroad for sometimes months continuously. Chances are that you'll be only living with just one other roommate.

Usage costs, minor mandatory cleaning and insurance fees are all excluded from the price. The rooms are already furnished, so you don't need to worry about bringing the big furniture.

If you're looking for a home and you understand the importance of respecting the place as a tenant and your roomies, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. We ask that everyone follows some simple rules, such as taking shoes off when entering the apartment, no parties, no eating on the couch, turning off the lights and doors when not in use, not blasting loud music in the early morning or late evenings, and being social - it's always nice to have friends over and enjoy each others company.
