Beautiful and centrally located apartment for rent at the Kop van Zuid in Rotterdam. From the metro stop Wilhelminaplein you can reach Rotterdam Central station in 8 minutes. The center can be reached within 10 minutes by bike, or with a nice walk across the Erasmus Bridge in just under 30 min. There are also good restaurants nearby and the service in the building is very good.

The apartment is in the famous building at the Maas "De Rotterdam" designed by Rem Koolhaas. It features 1 bedroom, a large living room with an open kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Furthermore, the home office facilities are good. The dining table can be unfolded and turned into a desk, as shown in the pictures.
