Dear Expats my top floor will be available form December! I would love to share my place with another Expat/working person again. The room is located near a beautiful lake for swimming. It is 15 minutes by bike to the city and 20 minutes to the university. It concerns the top floor consisting of 2 rooms with a total of 38m2 (23m2 and 15m2). The rooms are both upholstered and possibly also furnished (in consultation). Price is 975 euro per month.
The house has a total area of 150m2 and is newly build. The ground floor contains a shared living room / kitchen. The first floor has a shared bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. There is a spacious garden with sun on it. If you walk just around the corner there is a large lake for swimming and watersports. The house has a luxurious new build look with super fast fiber optic internet, netflix, and other streaming services. There is also underfloor heating, a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. It is in a nice neighbourhood with plenty of free parking right outside. I have a spare bike available for you!
I am a working 31 year old man. Therefore, I’m also looking for an already working person or older student, preferably in the final phase of his/her study or looking for work. There is also a possibility to extend the lease.
Interested?! Respond with a photo and briefly tell me something about yourself.
