All facilities are shared with the landlady.

The room will be furnished basic upon arrival.

All the costs below, are to be paid the same day after booking the room:
- The deposit is 1x the monthly rent: refundable
- Additional costs: €1200 One-off payment for additional costs for upholstery, furniture, internet and utilities. This is not refundable.


House rules:
- music instruments only with the use of a headphone.
- Not allowed: visitors, smoking, pets, address registration

As soon as you become a tenant, it is essential that you provide your proof of identity and acceptance to an educational institution and/or proof of employment.
