The room is located at the south side of the city centre! THE ROOM IS FURNISHED (DESK, CHAIR, BEDFRAME, CLOSET, PRIVATE FRIDGE). The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared with other tenants. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Saxion University and the center of Enschede are located approximately 4 minutes by bike. The University of Twente is app. 10 minutes by bike.
All rooms/houses have at least the following included:

- Broadband internet / WIFI (min. 400 mb/s)
