They are looking for a fellow resident who finds cleanliness/hygiene important. A tidy house is a must!

All the costs below, are to be paid the same day after booking the room:

- additional costs: 1200 euro, no refund / one-off payment

HOUSE RULES:
- Registration is allowed.
- music instruments only with the use of a headphone.
- No visitors, smoking, or pets.
- The living room and garden is private space for the family.
- Only use your own private shower/toilet/room.
- Clean your facilities.

- You will share the house with a female landlord and a friendly and respectable teenage son.
- The family has a dog (barks to strangers) and two cats: the landlord wants an animal lover.
- Because you will live with the family, their privacy has to be respected:
