Nice modern house which you share with three other students.Cleaning every week by a cleaning lady is included.
The room is 14m2 and a bed, desk, closet, chair and light
is included. Also has every room a balcony.
The house is 2 minutes from metro Schenkel and 10 minutes
from University. Rotterdam Alexander intercity station is
7 minutes with metro and city center is 13 minutes with metro.
The house also has a washing machine.
The total space of the house is 110m2.
The first month, deposit and administration fee has to be payed within 24 hours after the booking date order to secure the room.
Note: I have installed a new desk in the room that is not displayed in the picture.
