Apartment in Capelle aan den IJssel, Wilgenhoek

Hey there :)
I am looking to rent out the spare room in my apartment. The room is about 15 square metres on the first floor of an apartment complex just east of Rotterdam. The room has a 2-person Ikea bed, mattrass, and desk and there are 2 built-in closets for easy storage.

You will be sharing the common areas with only me and my girlfriend.
I also have a friendly pet lovebird, who is allowed to fly around freely in the house.

The apartment has a lot of modern equipment for your convenience, like philips Hue lighting, a washing machine, dishwasher, good vacuum, nespresso machine, etc!
The place is situated close to the Schenkel subway station, has a supermarket right nextdoor, and is about 15 minutes cycling away from the Erasmus university. The surrounding area has plenty of nature, including a small lake, so is probably best suited for those who prefer to be in a calm and green environment.

For a housemate we prefer somebody who is organized and clean, likes to socialize as well sometimes, and is easygoing.
The preferred gender is female.
Initially the room is available for 3 months, but this might be extended.
