Description:
Small but pleasant room in a 3 storey 174m2 townhouse in Buitenveldert, a neighbourhood in the south of Amsterdam known for its many parks and green areas. The room has an all natural latex mattress, a desk, a chair and a closet. My 21yo son and I live in this house, as well as 3 cats and up to 4 (hidden) guests (the top floor is rented for short-medium stays as bed and breakfast with full legal license). The (hidden) guests have their own kitchen and bathroom and mainly only share the staircase. As a tenant of our house, you will have access to all common areas, including a front and a back garden and a large bathroom with a shower and a tub. We have a preference for cat lovers. We are musicians and enjoy cooking. Close to the VU and the Gelderlandplein shopping mall.Similar properties
