Description:
Nicely furnished apartment in a cozy neighbourhood, with spacious rooms and a balcony on the first floor (around 60 m2) and an extra (study) room on the fourth floor (around 11 m2). Entrance on the first floor through the common staircase. Hallway with enough space for coats and shoes and a large closed storage cabinet. The living room can be found on the street side of the apartment, and consists of a dining area and a sitting area with a lounge sofa from which you can enjoy the view from the bay window. On the back side of the apartment, overlooking the green courtyard, are the bedroom and kitchen located. The bedroom is very spacious and comes with a box spring bed and large wardrobe. From the bedroom, you can enter the balcony that covers the whole width of the apartment and has sun in the morning. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and laundry machine. In the middle of the apartment, you will find the recently renovated bathroom. Finally, on the top floor of the building, a work space is created with internet connection and a dormer with view over the garden.
The apartment comes with laminate floor, curtains, ceiling lamps and furniture (dining table, chairs, wall cabinet, sofa, TV furniture, coat/shoe rack, box spring bed, wardrobe). Please note that some other furniture/decoration/TV as shown on the pictures are not included.
The apartment is located in the quiet Curaçaostraat, very close to both the Rembrandtpark and the west entrance of the Vondelpark. The Baarsjes is a cozy and diverse neighbourhood with many cafés and restaurants on walking distance (such as Goldmund, Bartack, Meneer van Loon, Huis van Rembrandt, Felperlaan). Several supermarkets (Albert Heijn, Aldi, Jumbo and Lidl) are all less than 5 minute walk from the apartment, and a bakery as well as shops for vegetables, wine, cheese and nuts can be found around the corner. The apartment can be easily reached by public transport (tram 1 and 17, bus 15 and 18).
