Description:
The very large one bedroom split level apartment offers a lot of space, luxury furnishings and fittings and a canal view from the kitchen. There is a comfortabel sofa, projector and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has it all - a walk in shower a a bath too. There is a washing machine and a dryer available The apartment is located in the gorgeous epicenter of Amsterdam in a really historic neighbourhood surrounded by the theatrical historic street Nes and central campus of Amsterdam university a few minutes from Muntplein and 5 minute walk to Dam square. Although being dead center the area around the apartment is quiet. There are some really good cafes and restaurants within walking distance and we are happy to share all our favourite recommendations with our guests.
All bills included (gas and electricity limited to reasonable usage of up to 300 euro pm)
