The rent for the room is € 950,- including gas, water, electricity, internet and a cleaner who cleans the shared areas in the house once a month (ATTENTION Municipal taxes are shared by the tenants). In addition, one month rent will be requested as a deposit for the first month rent. The one time moving in/admin fee is: € 750,-.
