Layout:
2nd floor: entrance apartment leads directly into the open dining kitchen area. This was completed in October 2020 and is equipped with a cooking island, large refrigerator, large freezer, storage cupboard with a washer-dryer combination, Quooker, oven / microwave combination, 5 burner gas hob. There is a lot of storage space in the kitchen island aswell. Next to the kitchen island is a robust 6-person acacia wood dining table with comfortable chairs. The 3 doors provide access to the balcony that overlooks the inner gardens and lighten the dining room. There is also a storage cupboard on the balcony.
A passage separates the diner kitchen diner from the living room. Here is a lovely sofa that is quite deep with many cushions and can accommodate 3 people. Your feet can be placed on the large sliding hocker to enjoy the 55inch SmartTV that is mounted on the wall by means of a rotating / adjustable bracket. In the bay window there is a love seat that is exposed to the sun through the 3 large windows in the afternoon. Around the corner is a reading / work area with an old Dutch Bonte brick wall.
3th floor
In the kitchen, the stairs lead to the 3rd floor. Here is a spacious bathroom with high ceiling (4 meters) and electric skylights with rain sensor that beautifully illuminate the space. The spacious rain shower with shower bench and the handmade bathroom furniture give a warm and characteristic atmosphere.
On the 3rd floor there are also 2 bedrooms with wardrobes, a large balcony with lounge chairs and an external storage room that can be used in consultation. From the master bedroom you can reach the roof terrace of 25m2 via a staircase. The roof terrace is fully equipped: lounge set, refrigerator, water and electricity points, atmospheric lighting, outdoor shower and BBQ.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND ACCESSIBILITY
The Hoofddorppleinbuurt is a lively and neat neighborhood. The many shops offer exactly what you need for all your shopping. Within walking distance are cozy restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The Vondelpark and Rembrandtpark are also within walking distance. The tram line 2 to the center is a 2 minute walk and so are several other bus lines. With a few minutes by car you are on the A10, A9 and A4 motorway. Schiphol airport is a 10-minute drive and is easily accessible by public transport. The train stations Lelylaan and Amsterdam Zuid are about 10 minutes by bike and the metro is also reachable with 5 minutes by bike or tram.
