The 1-Bedroom Executive apartment has a surface of 40m2 and has a separate bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed.- Free Wi-Fi- SMART TV offering Spotify- Climate Control- Baby bed can be provided, free of charge until 3 years- Extra bed can be provided for € 35,- per night (1 maximum)On the ground floor you will find a laundry room where you can make use of the laundry and drying facilities. The costs for using the laundry machine is 3€ per use and for the drying machine 2€ per use. A weekly cleaning is includes, new towels and linen are provides every 3 days. Final cleaning service is also included in the rate.As an extra you can find a cozy restaurant within the building. To relax you can unwind at the complimentary sauna which also offers showers as well as relaxing chairs. Another special of this apartment is the fitness studio which is located within the building. It is free of charge and opens daily from 7am till 11pm. The deposit will be charged to the credit card available upon arrival and will be released after the apartment has been inspected. We are not able to allow cash deposits, only credit and debit card payments possible.Please note that the price is inclusive of 9% VAT and is exclusive of the local city tax.
