Tenants (those not opting to book through Booking. com) are -contrary to the industry's practice- never charged broker fees, however a considerable administrative effort is requested from the prospect tenant prior to allowing viewings to be scheduled, and our office dispatching an agent for the purpose of attending to such viewing.
For those who wish to schedule viewings: Stock listed companies can call us for an appointment. For others: prior to setting any first Meetup, a payment ability screening is to be completed.
