Understanding the Implications of US FATCA

This seminar aims to inform American citizens and those with a US nexus about US FATCA compliant wealth management and investment strategies. It intends to help those who are affected by the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act, and have to comply with the 2010 regulation and file taxes with the IRS as well.
