EMEA Customer Advocacy Manager

Customer Advocacy Manager Wanted! We are looking for an experienced Customer Advocacy manager. Do you have what it takes to help and advice the client within the Customer Advocacy on all escalating EMEA sales/product management issues? Then we are looking for you!

  • Engages proactively with the Commercial team (SI/FS Sales & Product Management) to resolve quality roadblocks to success as well as leverage quality as a competitive advantage for EMEA customers. This entails working on specific quality issues relating to customer satisfaction.
  • Manages team that provides product information such as customer specifications, product specifications, product information sheets (PIS), SDS, COA, technical data, regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinates the completion of customer questionnaires/surveys, reaching out to the site quality managers as needed
  • Helps to coordinates customer audits
  • Reviews customer specifications, negotiates and approves specification differences with customers.
  • Works with religious organizations ( ex. Kosher, Halal, etc) to obtain religious certifications for Tate & Lyle products.
  • Other duties as assigned to help service our customers

This position requires strong technical ability coupled with strong business acumen, the desire to learn new things and demonstrated leadership, communication and problem solving skills.

  • 60k-70k Year salary based on 36 hours
  • Annual contract with a prospect of a permanent contract

Requirements:

* B.S, Degree required in Foodscience related field * Proven track record of group leadership * Commercial knowledge/business acumen; experience working closely with Commercial teams * At least 3 years experience in quality, technical, science or related field * Ability to work with different areas of business (sales, regulatory, logistics, manufacturing) * Ability to remain calm when dealing with upset customers or potential recall situations * Some travel required (approximately 10-25%)
