New Business Development speaking native German



As a New Business Developer, you are part of a dedicated team of 7 colleagues. You are responsible for one or more accounts within this function. On the one hand, you fulfill the role of an account manager, because you are the point of contact for your clients. On the other hand, you are pioneering, because you are bringing your client’s proposition to the attention of interesting new parties. You approach interesting leads telephonically. You are also good at pitching what the added value of your client is and what they can do for the organization, and set out the visit agreement. In short: a versatile and challenging function.


- Higher education or equivalent ability
- Good command of the Dutch language, written and spoken
- Knowledge of a foreign language is a plus
- Proven commercial experience (for example, a job placement or internship)
- Living in the Utrecht area
- Creative and driven
- Result-oriented and enthusiastic
- Positive and Independent attitude
