Service Coordinator- speaking French and Dutch

We have around 20 Field Service Engineers in the Benelux region who are responsible for on-site preventive maintenance and repairs to our water analysis equipment. Together with your fellow service coordinators you are responsible for coordinating all service activities. Your main tasks will be: compiling an efficient schedule for the field service team and communicating this schedule to our customers and team of engineers. In addition, you ensure the occupation of our telephone help desk, you secure the service process of incoming and outgoing service requests for our repair center and you keep our customers informed about the progress and completion of our services.
To summarize, this is a very versatile job in which you will have a pivotal role in the entire service process where you will be in contact with both customers and colleagues.


· MBO+ working and thinking level
· 1/3 years of experience in planning and coordinating a "technical" field team
· Affinity with technique and a technical work environment
· An energetic, positive and problem solving attitude
· Customer focus comes naturally to you
· Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent command in Dutch and French verbally and in writing
· Good command in English
· Living close to Tiel

Salary Benefits:

Depending on Experience, but salary and secondary benefits are great!
Salary should be starting from 2700,-
