Sales Support Coordinator | French

Our client - one of the leading manufacturers of baby products and toys - is looking for a French-speaking Sales Support Coordinator to join their team in Amsterdam. As a Sales Support Coordinator, your role revolves around making sure our client’s sales and marketing efforts are in tip-top shape. You'll work closely with and support the Account Manager to address different sales and marketing requests from distributors and customers. From handling sales reports to supporting on events and collaborating with various teams, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our client’s business on track.
For the initial 6 months of the assignment, you will be offered a contract through us, Adams Multilingual Recruitment. Once the contract comes to an end, there is a possibility to be offered a direct contract with our client.
In this role, you will:
- Assist the Account Manager in various tasks like phone calls, trade shows, and customer follow-ups.
- Help put together presentation materials that show our client’s products in the best light.
- Collaborate with distributors and customers in the assigned area, making sure they have the information they need and respond to special requests from retailers, like providing high-quality images or detailed product information.
- Keep track of how our client’s products are doing in different markets and help plan how to improve our sales strategies.
- Keep track of important information about our client’s products' shipments and share it with the sales team.
- Help organize and plan events where our client showcase their products to customers.
- Take charge of maintaining our client’s showroom – the place where they display their products for visitors to see.
For this role, we are searching for someone who:
- Has previous experience of working in a sales support position or similar role
- Speaks English and French fluently
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented, and has the ability to manage multiple projects from beginning to end
- Is immediately available and based in or near Amsterdam
This is an American based company with an office in Amsterdam. You will be part of an international team in the Amsterdam office but also work closely with the team in the USA. This is a hybrid role with the possibility to work from home 2 days a week. The contract will be through our agency for 6 months to begin with, and after that, there is a possibility to be offered direct contract with our client.
