As a Regional Sales Manager (Netherlands and Nordics) you will be responsible to lead and inspire the sales team, while approaching key accounts and building relationships with key customers to help the strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate and develop a sales team of 6 ftes
  • Support, coach and mentor junior sales colleagues
  • Work with internal delivery teams to ensure services meet client expectations
  • Develop and deliver the strategy and achieve strategic objectives to grow market share
  • Follow up leads received from technical delivery/Service Delivery Support teams
  • Work with clients and relevant internal stakeholders to define scope of works, prepare bids and see them through to execution
  • Prepare, maintain and monitor account plans for major clients to maximise retention and renewals
  • Lead corporate and area level pitches and retendering for large global / area accounts
  • Deliver/exceed agreed individual and team targets for Sales; measure, analyse and report on sales team performance


  • A degree or equivalent qualification within a relevant field Engineering/Sales and Marketing/Business.
  • 6-10 years of professional experience in B2B sales  
  • Proven experience in Sales team management  
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Excellent communication in Dutch and English
  • Experience with MS Office and a CRM (e.g. Salesforce or similar)
