  • Degree qualification in a technical or business discipline with previous experience in an Account Management role within the speciality and/or commodity chemical sectors
  • Demonstrable track record of leading value selling techniques combined with a strong understanding of pricing excellence strategies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues as part of a regional sales team.
  • Highly driven personality with the ability to adapt well in a culture of change management
  • High levels of team effectiveness with the ability to contribute to cross functional groups involving, Strategic Marketing, Technical Service, Supply Chain and Customer Service
  • Previous experience in key account management and maximising market share in existing customer bases.
