German Aftersales Associate


Do you get energy from aftersales, customer management and speaking German? Then this might be the next step for you!

You are a stress resistant, international professional and know exactly what the customer needs after purchasing the product. The customer portfolio you will be responsible for, are located in the EMEA region. As a Aftersales Associate you work independently and with minimal supervision, you are responsible for your own targets and know how to handle these. You know how to handle pressure and feel comfortable to meet tight deadlines. Your tasks include:

  • Responsible for customer management, managing service contracts and service revenues.
  • Grow service contract business from active customers and capture new business
  • Engage in a good partnership with colleagues for example with commercial teams and service engineers.


To be successful in this position, you do need to have at least 4-5 years of experience in a similar position, such as Inside Sales or Customer Service. As you are in contact with international clients, you need excellent English proficiency. You are also a person that can work independently in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.

Work Hours:

40 hours per week
