Our ideal candidate can find potential clients, conduct the first conversations, give online demos of our software and close their own deals. Are you a recent graduate looking for a training program that will teach you everything you need to know about sales?

Main Tasks:

As an inside sales representative you are part of a new sales team. This means that from day one you will have your own responsibilities, and led by the Inside Sales Manager can contribute to the growth of the team, with plenty of room for your own input and creativity.

You will be trained as a fully-fledged inside sales specialist, learning about sales methods like smart lead finding. This will help you take a thorough approach to finding new clients and building lasting relationships. You will also learn about consultative sales, social selling and more.

As an Inside Sales Representative, your focus is finding and qualifying potential new clients through:

  • Different (social) media and smart lead finding (cold acquisition)
  • Spotting and proactively following up opportunities in the market
  • Explaining more about our story via the phone after getting in touch through smart lead finding
  • Creating concrete follow-up appointments with potential clients
  • Clearly maintaining and updating the CRM system
  • Supporting and preparing follow-up appointments with the Sales Manager
  • Giving online demonstrations of our software product
  • Closing deals!

Requirements:

You're an ambitious recent graduate with a passion for commerce. You have sales experience from an earlier part-time job or position at an association. That's why you know like no other that asking questions and listening are an essential in a commercial role! You're driven to learn a lot about the sales field, but know that it's often a case of just getting things done.

You also have:

  • A college degree.
  • A background in English speaking countries. You lived or worked there quite some time.
  • An affinity for sales. You have proven experience with sales conversations.
  • Great communication skills. (Dutch and English)
  • An entrepreneurial approach. You have a lot of energy, are focused on results and are always looking for new opportunities and paths to success.
