Our client, a leading global insurance company is looking for an Underwriting Assistant to join their team based in Rotterdam for a 5 months contract.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Underwriters with the new business and the renewals.
  • Providing assistance to your team members, brokers or clients on administrative tasks.
  • Creating and analysing of Business and Operational reports.
  • Supporting the completion of outsourced processes.
  • Verifying good support and measures are respected and are handled within the required timeframes.

The portfolio is diversified and so you will have the opportunity to cover multiple lines of business as well as having regular interaction with brokers and clients themselves. This is a key role as you will be the main support for the team, allowing underwriters to focus on production.

We are ideally looking for an Underwriting Assistant with 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
