Terra Drones desire is to spread out ultrasonic testing drone technology all over the world. Therefor they are looking for a technical sales manager in the Rotterdam Area.

Your responsibilities in this position are:

  • Acquiring new customers within NDT, oil & gas and vegetable oils;
  • Explaining the Ultrasonic Testing Drone technology to these customers;
  • Defining client targets (current and new clients) across public and private sector;
  • Defining opportunities and put a strategy into place;
  • Writing proposals in order to win temporary and permanent business;
  • Renegating leads and referrals for new business opportunities;
  • Attend events to secure new business.

In this position you will be based in the Rotterdam Area and report to both the EU general manager and sales manager in Tokyo

You will be given the opportunity to become a part of a global leading company in one of the fastest developing industries of the world. Next to that a gross salary will be between €6000 - €8000 including bonuses, the salary will based on knowledge and experience. We would like to discuss secondary conditions in a personal interview.

Requirements:

For the role of Technical Sales Manager we're looking for the following experience: * A relevant technical Bachelor or Masters degree; * demonstrable sales experience in NDT, Oil & Gas or Vegetable Oil or another relevant chemical industry; * demonstrable experience as a NDT engineer, Terminal engineer, Terminal manager or similair role; * international oriented. Personal Skills: * Strong achievement orientated; * excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills; * sales and negotiation skills; * strategic thinker. Practical requirements: * Fluent in English, written and verbal; * Dutch language is an advantage; * living in the Rotterdam Area; * valid working visa for the Netherlands; * valid drivers licence.
