As the Business Developer you are a part of the European team in Ridderkerk. In this role you are responsible for the German area. You will be based in the Netherlands. You are going to work in a small team of 6 where your peers are tight-knit and always open to support each other.

Requirements:

Skills

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • You are adaptable and enjoy a fast paced start-up work environment.
  • You love to sell and with your experience you are able to nurture and develop new and existing clients.
  • You are able to visualize and explain a clear sales strategy.
  • You believe in the vision of the sustainable product.
  • You have Sales experience and want to grow even more.
  • You are willing to travel 30-50% of your time to mostly Germany.
  • You do not mind rolling up your sleeves and help wherever your support is needed even if it means to move boxes and processing orders.

Language

  • You speak C2 German and excellent English. Dutch is a Bonus.

Experience

  • Preferably you have 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
