Lead Assessor ISO | English and Dutch

Our client provides inspection, certification and auditing services to customers globally. Currently they are looking for a new joiner to their team to lead management systems audits for their clients as part of the re-certification process. This role is perfect for someone curious by nature who likes to communicate with various clients and is looking to develop as an expert in their field. Key responsibilities:

• Visit companies to verify management systems
• Investigate the implementation of management systems with the aim of contributing to the improvement of these systems
• Provide a detailed report on your findings and points for improvements, based on which the organization will re-certify the customer
• Based on your expertise, offer the client added value
• Broadening and deepening the cooperation with the stakeholders
• Based on your expertise, contribute to the development of the service
• Become a key point of contact for management systems auditing for customers and colleagues
• Expand areas of assessment over time

Requirements:

• A qualified 3rd party (Lead) Auditor in quality and management systems
• Technical bachelor's or master's degree
• 3-5 years of industry experience as a Lead Auditor
• Excellent knowledge of the standards (ISO 9001 and ISO 3834) is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the Netherlands and, exceptionally, abroad
• Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language
• Strong analytical and communications skills
