Day to dayYou will work at a fast-growing company operating in markets across Europe. The company has offices in the USA, UK, Germany and The Netherlands. This is a new role created due to the growth of the company. As Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for the order management and questions from the customers (both B2B and B2C). The challenge is now to take the business to this next level, through a mix of customer and order management.
You will be part of a small team in The Netherlands therefore you are a spider in the web and a true multi-tasker. You will act as Customer Service Representative in order to solve problems, process orders and handle the majority of the administration.

- Customer service for the Benelux & DACH region;
- Updates and information about stock situation, innovation and transport;
- Order Management;
- Keep up to date with market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies;
Since you will be part of a small team and an organization that is growing not all processes are structured yet. Therefore you need to be flexible and willing to grow with the company.


You are a highly motivated professional who can work independently. You are accurate, focused, pro-active and a creative problem-solver. Of course loving outdoor cooking yourself is a plus!

- Business level German and English;
- Min. 2-3 years experience in a customer service role;
- Experience with ERP system;
- Driven by business results and customer satisfaction;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and projects simultaneously and with a positive can do attitude.
