Customer Service Representative - excellent level Russian and English speaker

Description:

Your key responsibilities will be to:
• Prepare and deliver customer quotations and pro-actively follow up on outstanding customer quotations
• Process orders and close sales (no hard sales)
• Prepare order reports
• Keep Sales Management abreast of any recognized trends, problems or opportunities
• Participate in sales promotions
• Utilize the sales process to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Expedite customer back orders and keeps them abreast of status
• Research (technical) inquiries and communicate appropriate information to the customer
• Collaborate with other company employees to provide the customer with the most accurate and quick response possible
• Trouble shooting
• Maintaining Customer Satisfaction through account management

Requirements:

• Several years of customer service or similar work experience
• Sales/account management experience is a plus
• (Warehouse or maintenance) experience in the aerospace/aircraft parts sales, distribution and/or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Basic knowledge of customs and tax regulations is desired
• Excellent English and Russian written and spoken
• (Some) knowledge of Dutch is preferred
• Basic PC Skills (Microsoft office, excel, power point)
• Good communication skills
• Commercially minded
• Highly developed cost awareness
• Ability to detect sales leads
• Goes the extra mile to engage customers and build sustainable relationships
• Being accurate
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations
• Ability to work in a team environment but also self-motivated and can perform work independently
• Experience in SAP and affinity with the aviation industry are plusses
• Minimum MBO+ (or HBO) diploma or equivalent level of work skills

Work Hours:

32-40 uur hours per week
