Please note : This role is not a remote job. Our client's location is in Middenmeer. Prefferably if you have a car & a driving license.

These are what your responsibilities :

  • Handling the phone calls and emails. .
  • Handling the order process. 95% is order flow 5% manual orders.
  • Handling the complaints.
  • Taking care for the return process.

Requirements:

  • C2 level French – both written and spoken (fluency in Dutch will be a big plus)
  • Energetic, Problem solving, Service oriented and Positive Personality
  • Work experience in the retail, experience with E-Commerce and/ or IT is a plus

Salary Benefits:

  • Long term position
  • Direct 1 year contract with our client with 1 month probation time.
  • The salary is starting from € 1.800 gross per month , based on 24 hours (3 days a week) incl. 8% holiday up to €3.000 gross per month (fulltime)
