Required profile:

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Proven sales experience in the healthcare industry (preferably medical devices, anesthesia, intensive care nursing, oncology, or other emergency care unit – an asset);                                      
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is a requirement;
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and  influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization;
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field is preferred.
  • Able to work as part of a team;
  • Able to use imagination and inventiveness to generate novel ideas, approaches and/or solutions that will enhance Company profitability;                                                         
  • Use communication methods and strategies that influence desired results;             
  • Establish and maintain credibility, trust, and positive relationships;
  • Effectively manage assigned territory in terms of strategic planning, organization skills, sales forecasting, goal setting, and profitability;
