Performance Marketer
About this role
At bunq, we're making life easy for our users by removing the hassle of money admin. To support users in discovering how bunq can enhance their financial lives, we're looking for a dedicated Performance Marketer to join our team.
As a Performance Marketer you will spread the word about bunq’s unique offerings to help users understand the benefits of becoming a member. You’ll manage marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, to achieve high reach and click-through rates.
Take Ownership
As the owner of Performance Marketing, you’ll convert clicks and engagement into completed account registrations by:
Clarifying Benefits: Leverage bunq’s unique value proposition, plans and features that resonate with users to encourage membership.
Consistent Messaging: Ensure our communications are clear and relatable across the funnel to our audience.
Targeted Presence: Utilize paid online channels to reach users on the platforms they use, at the right moment.
Impact Measurement: Analyze the quality of impressions and conversions to discover which platforms and strategies work best.
Requirements
You have proven skills in managing marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other performance marketing channels
You know how to analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies that drive conversion
You have deep expertise in managing and allocating large marketing budgets to minimize cost and maximize performance
You’re an excellent communicator and speak English fluently
