Your Responsibilities:

• You will manage the German Social Media Dialogue team (app. 15 agents) and deal with all relevant aspects
• You will monitor and coach your team on the handling of customer contacts and dealing with cases
• You will monitor the individual and the team KPI's
• You are responsible for identifying training, information and equipment needs and you will coordinate the fulfillment of these needs
• Another task is checking and if necessary adjusting staffing level to an efficient level
• You are the intermediary between other departments and the team
• Participating in the resolution of procedural issues with market performance centers (MPC's) and dealers is another one of your responsibilities
• You work continuously on improvement processes in order to contribute to effictiveness and efficiency within the company and your team

This is a full-time position (40h/week), shifts including weekends. (Monday-Sunday, 8:30am - 9pm)


• You have excellent German communication skills - written and verbally
• You are fluent in English, also in oral and written form
• You have relevant work experience with focus in Customer Service Business (min. 5 years)
• You have already gained work experience as a team leader
• You are strongly customer oriented and you have good coaching skills
• You work proactive and independently along with your strong stress mangement skills
• Ideally you already gained some work experience within Social Media
