We are looking for a talented, driven Chef de Cuisine to join and lead our international kitchen team on a full-time basis.

THE ROLE

You work closely with the Executive Chef in defining and executing the long term strategy of the restaurant. You have loads of experience in running kitchen operations and are a natural leader that thrives in a high demanding environment. You are highly motivated, organized and have a great sense of ownership. You like the daily challenges of running a kitchen and remain calm under pressure. You are proactive with a creative mindset, constantly looking for means to improve. You are a great communicator and a source of inspiration as you lead and motivate the kitchen team.

Harry's is our large, bustling brasserie located in a monumental building at the heart of the exciting Wyck district. Although around since 1912 the place is buzzing as never before and is a favourite among all sorts of visitors that come to enjoy the great food, high quality service and elegant yet informal atmosphere.
