International HR Payroll & Benefits Coordinator (part-time)

The company is currently looking for a part-time Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to oversee all HR related duties. That includes:

  • Coordination of all employee on-boarding activities
  • Payroll, Compensation and Benefits of all offices
  • Coordination of all HR administrative functions and local payroll providers
  • Maximize productivity by optimizing employees' processes
  • Follow up on HR best practices
  • Data entry and database maintenance

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is:

  • Highly adaptable, confident and entrepreneurial
  • Able to work independently with multiple suppliers worldwide
  • Willing to work part-time (24 hours/week)
  • Looking for a long-term employment commitment
  • Solid experience in payroll, compensation & benefits (experience in US payroll, compensation & benefits is a big plus)
  • Ability to work both operationally and strategically in HR
  • C2 level of English (must)
  • Knowledge of Dutch HR payroll system is preferred

Salary Benefits:

  • Around 40K based on full-time employment
  • Pension scheme
  • Public transport costs are covered (with 0,19 cents/km by car)
  • Bonus scheme based on KPI's
  • 26 vacation days (based on full-time)
