You will be the HR Advisor of a multi-national company in the tech industry and you will be responsible for Northern Europe.

Main responsibilities:

  • Deliver HR services to the line managers
  • Support the organization in various functions such as recruitment, performance management and employee relations
  • Ensure that all HR, IT and regulatory requirements are followed
  • Be responsible for activities such as payroll, performance and pay reviews
  • Identify opportunities or risks and secure that the best possible services are offered
  • Advise and assist with procedures, legislation and employment agreements
  • Prepare presentations on HR topics in order to guide and motivate line managers to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Provide guidance on staff development through appraisals, objectives and progression planning
  • Ensure new employees are smoothly adjusted to the company

Job requirements:

  • Excellent proficiency in English and Swedish, proficiency in other Nordic languages is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar HR position
  • Familiar with labor law in Sweden and preferably in Norway, Finland and Denmark as well
  • Knowledge of HR Information Systems
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Self-motivated and proactive personality
