Your duties and responsibilities

o Supervising a team of 20 Inside Sales people and make sure they meet targets.
o Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
o Seize opportunities to upsell and cross sell products when they arise
o Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
o Keep records of all conversations in our contact center database in a comprehensible way
o Frequently attend educational workshops to improve knowledge and performance level
o Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
o Meet the assigned sales revenue targets
o Maximise the revenue from by proactive call outs
o Delivery of compelling and engaging messages to our customers
o Being competent in the use of Salesview and OneView
o Deliver accurate quotes to partners in a timely manor
o Ensure that all quotes are followed up and a resolution recorded

Your profile
You are a Sales person at heart and a highly motivated Supervisor/Team Lead with excellent people management skills with a sharp eye for cultural differences. You are the person to go to for people in your team with any question they may have. Your role will be to motivate, coach and guide them on a daily basis to be the best performer they can be.
It’s very important that you built long term relationships with customers in order to be a trusted partner and have more benefit from (tactical) call outs from yourself and your team. There’s no doubt you have very strong written and verbal communication skills and Microsoft applications like Word, Outlook, Excel have no secrets for you.
It essential that you have a positive personality and can maintain an upbeat environment.


Desired Experience
 Understanding the different dynamics of a channel strategy
 Proven people manager skills
 Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Supervisor/Team Lead Call Center with 10+ staff
 Ability to drive Sales Strategy through the effective motivation of the Inside Sales Team
 Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management Business level of English, and a any following languages is a plus: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish or Dutch.

About the company:
Our client is looking for a Team leader for their new Contact Center.I am looking for enthusiastic and energetic people with a sales profile with a drive to expand business by proactively calling y clients current and future customers with the aim to build intensive relationships with current and future customers based on well thought Marketing propositions that are developed together with their Vendors.
You will be working with a highly proactive team of Internal Sales Executives (around 40 people) responsible for meeting both revenue and call volume targets. Outbound calls will be made to both existing customers and making “cold” calls to build relationships or obtain orders. In the first phase outbound calls will be made to both existing and new customers, based on excellent Marketing programmes. At a later stage The Internal Sales Executives will be responsible for building extensive relationships with 25-20 partners per person and they will be the first point of contact and exclusively working with ‘your’ partners.
Your team will consist of about 20 Inside Sales Executives and you will be primarily responsible for their success!
