Technical Operations Employee for the Belgian market

Customer service


You will be the central point of contact for clients and engineers/installers. You will guide the whole project starting from the incoming order until the delivery to the client, including monitoring the project trajectory and answering client questions. Client satisfaction and efficiency in your daily administration are key. Some tasks include:
• Support for (technical) questions of the installers.
• Answer client questions, both through phone and email.• Complete the work preparations for the whole project. From ordering materials to sending the instructions to the installer.
• Follow up on installations by checking the necessary documents and photos.


• MBO+ working and thinking level
• Business fluency in both French and Dutch
• Experience in a similar position and/or with Customer Service is a big plus
• You like to solve problems and have strong administration skills.
• You enjoy contact with clients and building relationships with clients and colleagues.
• You are passionate about sustainable tech!
