Our client, a highly respected and extremely prestigious global leader in the integrated energy and chemical industry, is looking for an HR Advisor L&D Specialist to join their dynamic, multicultural and multilingual organisation in The Hague. Job Profile for HR Advisor L&D Specialist
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Design and develop training courses or strands of a Learning and Development (L&D) program
- Incorporate specific L&D methodologies and delivery channels
- Develop relevant content and high-quality learning resources to ensure high levels of learner engagement and achievement of learning outcomes
- Occasionally deliver training sessions or short courses, engagement, advising
- Guide learners and assess the achievement of intended learning outcomes
- Collaborate with the team or department line managers to clarify short-term priorities for Learning and Development interventions
- Collect relevant data on performance and current competency levels
- Identify gaps in relation to required levels and obtain agreement on required outcomes
- Deliver analyses of L&D data in connection with HR data
- Identify trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and improvement of business performance
- Perform complex L&D-HR data processing tasks
- Advise colleagues as needed and apply expertise to improve data collection tools and administration processes
- Provide and monitor the L&D budget and perform budget progress analysis
- Prepare briefings and information for external consultants or advisors to support the delivery of L&D projects and ad hoc services.
- Monitor and evaluate results and recommend remedial actions as needed
- Manage L&D-related contract procurement
- Curate content in alignment with the organisation's development framework and capability academies
- Design organisational capability academies and learning paths
- Understand new learning frameworks, methodologies and technologies
- Curate learning resources and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Be a Change Agent and Change Trail Blazer, with a deep understanding of change management and designing programs to support business changes
Candidate Profile for HR Advisor L&D Specialist
- Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in organisational psychology, HR or relevant experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Learning and Development on the HR side
- Experience with SuccessFactors LMS, and other platforms, such as Percipio, Harvard Manage mentor etc.
- Experience in creating learning paths
- Experience in designing and delivering engaging learning events
- Familiar with contract management
- Digital savvy and enthusiastic about the possibilities of technology
- Be self-starter and able to work independently
- Be creative in communication, managing stakeholders, influencing
- Flexible and open to change
