Our client, a world leading logistics and supply chain organization, is now hiring a PA/HR Assistant to join their team in The Hague. The PA/HR Assistant will be responsible for: CEO support, Office Management, and HR support.
Job Profile for PA/HR Assistant
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Assistant to the CEO:
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including sessions he owns from a leadership perspective
  • Manage the CEO’s lunch and dinner bookings
  • Ensure card statements are being paid and registered
  • Arrange travel bookings for the CEO
People Assistant:
  • Handle all areas of office management covering but not limited to layout, cleaning/reception management, space consistency per design, coordinating lunch
  • Manage maintenance of office equipment and overall inventory, office supplies
  • Arrange events
  • Support during the onboarding process with equipment, desk set up, access cards, and other (system) employee set up tasks (i.e. request emails)
  • Deal with office and service providers (lunch, stationery, etc.), maintain a clear vendor list
  • Process any office related expense, invoice or otherwise, as per process
  • Supporting with Operational Recruitment Tasks (i.e. planning interviews)
Candidate Profile for PA/HR Assistant
  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Dutch is an advantage
  • Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office. Advance knowledge of Excel is preferred
  • Empathetic, proactive, and positive personality, eager to learn
  • Can-do attitude, take ownership, service mindset
