Do you have experience as an Office Administrator and are you looking to start with a new opportunity using your Hindi language skills? Our client active in the Indian food industry is looking for a Hindi speaking Office Administrator to join their international team in the Hague area to handle day to day activities around office management, administration and maintanance of the office and warehouse. Please note that the role will start on a 6 month temporary basis with the option for a permanent contract afterwards.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Correspondence via phone calls, email and mail

  • Assist in bookkeeping and human recources; documentation, managing records, personnel management

  • Support in accounts and sales records; inventory audits, processing orders and invoices

  • General facility management and other ad hoc tasks


About you:
You are organized and skilled in administrative work and managing office related tasks day to day. You can cover multiple responsibilities simultaniously and manage your time efficiently. You have a sense of administrative methods and processes and can help developing the effectiveness of the office by improving the processes.

Profile:
Fluent in Hindi (C2) and English (C1-level or higher), both written and spoken
Previous experience as an Office Administrator and basic accounting knowledge
Strong communication skills, profiency in MS Office & Excel, stress resiliency
Able to commute to the Hague Area on a daily basis or to relocate
