Main Responsibilities

  • Processing expense and intercompany invoices
  • Prepare supplier payment batch
  • Creating new vendors in the system
  • Follow-up and analysis of the creditors list
  • Uploading weekly sales
  • Reviewing, following-up and controlling petty cash and cash variance
  • Daily booking of the bank
  • Weekly follow-up and maintenance on cash reconciliation

Main Requirements?

  • MBO4 and/or PDB
  • Working proficiency in English, French is a big plus
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with Navision is a plus
