- Processing expense and intercompany invoices
- Prepare supplier payment batch
- Creating new vendors in the system
- Follow-up and analysis of the creditors list
- Uploading weekly sales
- Reviewing, following-up and controlling petty cash and cash variance
- Daily booking of the bank
- Weekly follow-up and maintenance on cash reconciliation
