Senior Inspector | Dutch and English | Full-Remote in NL

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Inspector for our client in assurance sector.

Location/Traveling

They have an office in Rotterdam; however, the role can be fulfilled (almost) fully remotely as long as you are based in the Netherlands. You will be asked to come to the Rotterdam office once a month or less.
Please note that the position involves frequent domestic traveling (usually no overnight stay required), and they will provide a company car.

• Perform complex assessments and provide advice for service delivery within agreed broad parameters that include budget constraints and contractual requirements
• Produce the deliverable within the agreed broad parameters in an appropriate format and take responsibility to review and monitor other employee’s work as requested
• Discuss/ present the deliverable with the external client at a senior level and suggest alternative solutions where appropriate
• Undertake routine administration as required in line with current processes and procedures
• Assess/ recommend the time/value of the work to be undertaken for an external client within an agreed fee/cost structure and within the commercial aspects of the contract, and issue quotations up to an agreed limit

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory
• 5+ years of working experience in similar positions within maintenance, engineering, inspection sectors
• Certified in the Material and Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) course
• In possession of Dutch driving license

Technical Requirements:

You are at least qualified in one of the below:

• International Welding Technologist (IWT)
• Middelbaar Lastechnicus (MLT)
• International Welding Engineer (IWE)
• European Welding Engineer (EWE)
• Laspraktijingenieur (LPI)
• IKT Level 2 OR 3 (Inspectie en Keuringstechniek level)

6-10 Years
